The role
Digidop is continuing to grow.
To support the agency’s growth and manage increasingly ambitious web projects, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of managing multiple projects and client accounts with autonomy, rigor, and high standards.
Your role: to be the central point of contact between our clients and internal teams, and to make sure every project moves in the right direction, at the right pace, and with the expected level of quality.
At Digidop, a great PM doesn’t just manage a timeline.
You anticipate, coordinate, communicate, challenge, and make sure every detail is under control, all the way through launch and beyond.
What you’ll do day to day
Manage your projects from A to Z
You’ll manage several web projects in parallel, from kick-off through to launch, then grow.
You’ll structure the different phases of each project, define priorities, coordinate teams, and make sure everyone has the right information at the right time.
Timelines, deadlines, dependencies, trade-offs: you’ll maintain a clear view of progress and anticipate potential blockers before they become problems.
Be the main point of contact for our clients
You’ll be responsible for the quality of the client relationship throughout the project. You’ll organize and lead project check-ins, communicate proactively about progress, and provide fast, structured answers to questions and requests. You’ll also know when to challenge a client, frame a request, and propose solutions rather than simply passing feedback on to the team.
Our goal: for our clients to always know where their project stands and feel that it is in good hands.
Manage and grow your client accounts
Some of our clients work with us over the long term: website improvements, maintenance, new pages, and ongoing support.
For these accounts, you’ll be the main point of contact: centralizing requests, prioritizing improvements, monitoring retainer usage, and making sure clients receive the same level of responsiveness they experienced when their project first launched.
You’ll organize regular check-ins to understand their upcoming challenges and identify opportunities for new projects, working closely with the founders.
Our goal: for our recurring clients to continue choosing us because working with Digidop is simple, reliable, and valuable to their business.
Coordinate internal teams
You’ll work every day with our designers, developers, and experts. You’ll turn client needs into clear, actionable tasks for the team. You’ll make sure information flows properly, responsibilities are clear, and next steps are always identified.
You’ll know how to adapt your project management approach to the different phases of a project:
- Strategy
- Search
- UX
- UI
- Development
- QA
- Growth
You’ll also be responsible for keeping our internal project management tool accurate and up to date. You’ll make sure it always reflects the reality of your projects — progress, workload, deadlines, and blockers and suggest improvements when it no longer meets our needs.
Ensure the quality of our deliverables
At Digidop, delivery quality is a shared responsibility, and the PM is one of the final safeguards. Before every client presentation or delivery, you’ll make sure the deliverables match the brief, the agreed expectations, and our quality standards.
You’ll implement and follow the necessary QA checklists, identify inconsistencies, and make sure the final details are addressed before delivery.
You don’t present a deliverable you haven’t reviewed yourself.
Improve the way we work
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply follow an existing process.
You’ll identify friction points, suggest improvements, and help evolve the way we manage projects.
Automation, AI, documentation, templates, new workflows: if something can help us become more efficient while improving the client experience, we want to test it.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital, web, or product agency, or a similar environment
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Experience managing recurring client accounts - maintenance, retainers, and ongoing improvements - with an interest in developing those relationships
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Clear, reassuring, and proactive client communication
- Strong responsiveness and a genuine sense of service
- The ability to anticipate risks and make decisions without waiting to be told what to do
- Strong attention to detail and the quality of deliverables
- A good understanding of the different stages of a web project: UX, UI, development, QA, and launch
- The ability to work with both creative and technical profiles
- Professional-level English to support our international clients (required)
- Autonomy, curiosity, and a desire to continuously improve the way we work
Experience with Webflow, Figma, and modern project management tools is obviously a plus.
But above all, we’re looking for someone who knows how to manage projects and client relationships with high standards.
You’ll probably thrive here if…
- You enjoy having autonomy and taking responsibility
- You’d rather anticipate a problem than have to explain it afterwards
- You believe great client management depends as much on the quality of communication as on the quality of the work delivered
- You enjoy building long-term client relationships, not just delivering projects
- You know how to maintain high standards without creating unnecessary complexity
- And above all, you take real ownership of the projects you manage: when a project is in your hands, you make sure it moves forward
What we offer
- Ambitious web projects for French and international companies
- A specialized team of designers, developers, and digital experts
- An environment where autonomy and initiative are valued
- Direct access to the founders and the agency’s decision-making process
- The opportunity to shape and improve our project management methods and processes
- An environment that quickly integrates new tools, automation, and AI into its workflows
- Fully remote
- 2 team retreats per year
- Fixed salary + variable compensation package, detailed during the recruitment process
How to apply
No need for a cover letter or an overly formatted CV.
What we really want to understand is the kind of projects you’ve managed, your level of autonomy, how you manage client relationships, and how you react when things don’t go according to plan.
Tell us about your background, a few projects you’re proud of, and why you think you could bring something valuable to Digidop.
