TSE is a pioneering player in solar energy in France. The company designs photovoltaic solutions to produce clean, sustainable, and accessible energy. Experiencing rapid growth since its launch, TSE reached out to our agency to rethink a website that had become too rigid to match the autonomy and responsiveness needs of its marketing team.

Project challenges

The previous site, developed in WordPress with many hardcoded elements, significantly limited the team’s autonomy. Every single update—whether creating new pages, editing content, or launching campaigns—required a developer.

The challenge was clear: unlock new levers to reduce technical dependency, which was severely slowing down the team’s marketing time-to-market.

Project goals

Beyond the autonomy needs expressed by the marketing team, our initial conversations with TSE revealed broader strategic challenges tied to their overall web strategy revamp:

Marketing & Sales

  • Support TSE’s digital growth with new acquisition and conversion levers
  • Redesign the entire website with a look & feel aligned with their updated brand identity

Technical

  • Provide full autonomy to the marketing team for website management
  • Deploy a scalable, SEO-optimized website
  • Connect the site to their existing IT ecosystem (Odoo, Taleez…)

Solutions provided

To meet these objectives, we assembled a dedicated project team—PM & QA, web designer, developer—working closely with TSE’s marketing, product, IT, and HR teams. The goal: refine their objectives, constraints, and priorities. Very early on, during the scoping phase, it became clear that a new technical stack was essential. We recommended a rebuild on Webflow, to offer a more flexible and intuitive environment.

To bring this approach to life, we structured the site around three pillars:

(1) A library of reusable components to simplify the creation of new sections

(2) A fully customized CMS to support large-scale content management

(3) Dedicated template pages built specifically for marketing campaigns

The onboarding to these new tools was smooth, with several training sessions conducted by our team. This new setup now provides the team with a flexible, intuitive, and secure framework—fully aligned with their new brand identity and connected to their IT ecosystem.

What’s next?

Since the launch, our collaboration continues through ongoing support—combining SEO & CRO consulting, design assistance, and development—to continuously improve their web ecosystem.
