Job Overview
We are looking for a Confirmed UX/UI Designer to join our Webdesign team and craft creative, functional, and results-driven web interfaces. You will work across multiple clients—from discovery to final delivery—collaborating closely with design, development, and strategy teams.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality interfaces: Translate business and user objectives into structured, impactful, and creative web designs.
- Strategic mindset: Challenge briefs, propose innovative solutions, and defend your UX/UI decisions with clear rationale.
- Client project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate feedback cycles, present mockups, and gather stakeholder input.
- Visual consistency: Respect and enhance each client’s design system and branding guidelines.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Webflow developers, other designers, and founders to ensure feasibility and project success.
- Continuous learning & sharing: Share tutorials, design trends, and plugins within the team, and participate in internal workshops.
Candidate Profile
Hard Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an agency or freelance setting, with several successful client projects.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants). Familiarity with other webdesign or motion design tools is a plus.
- UX/UI Expertise: Ability to structure user journeys, create wireframes, and deliver “pixel-perfect” mockups.
- Autonomy & process: Rigorous in planning, able to prioritize tasks and deliver on schedule.
- English: Professional proficiency to collaborate with international clients or resources.
Soft Skills
- Creativity & innovation: Propose original ideas and push design boundaries while remaining pragmatic.
- Business acumen: Analyze strategic goals and align design with client and user needs.
- Feedback integration: Listen to feedback and iteratively improve your work.
