The two main phases of the project
Step 1: Build
Build a new platform to support Vocca’s next phase of growth:
→ Strategy
→ Design & AI asset creation
→ Webflow development
→ Framer → Webflow migration
→ FR/EN Localization
Step 2: Run & Scale
Evolve the platform and grow its visibility over 6 months with Digidop and Vydera:
→ Ongoing design & development
→ SEO
→ GEO
→ Content & optimization
1. Build: Building the platform for the next phase of growth
To support this new phase of growth, we worked across four pillars: strategy, design, migration, and team autonomy.
1.1 Understanding Vocca’s new ambitions
Business, marketing, design, and technical discovery to translate Vocca’s post-funding ambitions into a new web strategy.
1.2 Design - Building a visual universe around the product
Beyond web design, the challenge was to build an experience capable of making the Vocca product tangible, understandable, and desirable.
Digidop worked across the entire visual expression of the website:
→ Web design and new art direction
→ Design system and component library
→ Creation and presentation of product interfaces
→ Creation of motion and animations to explain features
→ Production of AI-generated videos and scenes to showcase Vocca in real-world use cases
→ Use of ElevenLabs and generative AI tools to produce the voices, visuals, and assets needed for these experiences

The goal: not simply explain the product through text, but show it in action throughout the entire web experience.
1.3 Migrating from Framer to Webflow
Development of the new website, CMS architecture and components, content migration, 301 redirects, Webflow Localization FR/EN, integrations, tracking, and technical SEO/GEO foundations.
1.4 Giving teams greater autonomy
Training, documentation, reusable components, and best practices to enable Vocca’s teams to manage and evolve their new platform.
2. Run & Scale - Turning the new foundations into growth
Go-live is only the beginning.
Following the launch, Vocca continues its collaboration with Digidop and Vydera through a 6-month engagement, with one objective: continuously evolve the website and progressively grow its organic visibility and presence across AI answer engines.
2.1 Growing SEO and GEO visibility
Vydera leads Vocca’s SEO/GEO strategy: monitoring performance and indexation, tracking around thirty strategic prompts, analyzing mentions across AI engines, and continuously identifying new opportunities.
Each month, this data helps prioritize the next actions to take.
2.2 Creating and optimizing the content that matters
Based on the opportunities identified, the teams produce actionable briefs to create new content, restructure selected pages, and optimize existing content.
SEO/GEO articles, editorial structure, internal linking, Schema.org structured data, and on-page optimizations progressively strengthen Vocca’s authority and improve how search and answer engines understand the brand.
2.3 Continuously evolving the website
Digidop complements this support with ongoing design and development to turn recommendations into concrete improvements: new pages, UX/UI enhancements, CRO optimizations, SEO/GEO improvements, and Webflow evolutions.
The approach is intentionally continuous: Vydera measures, identifies, and recommends. Digidop designs and implements. Results are then measured to define the next priorities.
Conclusion - A platform designed to keep evolving
The migration from Framer to Webflow was therefore only the first step.
After building a new platform capable of supporting Vocca’s ambitions following its $20M funding round, Digidop and Vydera continue the work today with a Run & Scale approach: continuously measuring, prioritizing, creating, and optimizing.
