Industry: Medical
Country: France
Company size: 11 to 50 employees
echOpen is a mission-driven startup working to make clinical ultrasound accessible to all healthcare professionals through an innovative product: a portable probe.
Project Challenges
To officially launch its product (hardware + software), we had to move quickly — but cleanly, as echOpen operates in a highly regulated sector — to release a V1 of the website that could support the company’s first marketing and commercial efforts.
Goals of the New Website
The objectives of this collaboration were primarily commercial and technical.
Marketing & Sales
👉 Convince medical decision-makers (healthcare professionals, clinical directors, purchasers)
👉 Accelerate indirect sales, primarily B2B, in a non-e-commerce model
Technical
👉 Make the team fully autonomous in creating and editing content
👉 Build strong technical SEO foundations to gain visibility quickly
Proposed Solutions
To address these needs, we provided echOpen with a 360° solution, supporting them through every phase of the project — from strategy, architecture, and UX/UI, to the final design implementation.
The site was designed to address multiple medical specialties, from general practice to nephrology, with clear navigation by user profile to meet the real needs of practitioners in the field. It also offers a variety of resources to educate and reassure users about the new product. A multi-persona approach, essential for a device aimed at a wide range of healthcare professionals.

For the integration, we chose to develop the site in Webflow, leveraging its CMS to allow echOpen’s teams to roll out their content strategy independently — in two languages, thanks to the multilingual setup.

Since launching this V1, we’ve continued to support the echOpen team on an ad-hoc basis and proudly track the results of the web strategy we put in place.

The site has become a true commercial asset — showcasing the product, generating demo requests, and strengthening the sales narrative.
