Job overview
As a Webflow Developer at Digidop, your main mission will be to build robust, well-structured and scalable websites, with a high level of technical quality and constant attention to detail. You won't just be assembling blocks: you'll be giving life to solid, maintainable web interfaces, designed to last and evolve over time, in the service of our customers' objectives. This position requires in-depth mastery of Webflow (structure, performance, responsive, CMS...), great rigor in execution, and the ability to produce clean, reusable and well-organized code.
Important: We are not looking for a web designer or creative developer. This position is for a production-oriented Webflow developer, capable of taking on demanding projects such as complex marketing sites, structured around dynamic CMS and reusable components.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, high-performance, scalable Webflow sites:
- By applying best practices in development, responsive, and CSS framework methodology (Client-First, Lumos,...);
- Ensuring CMS optimization, component reusability and technical consistency of projects;
- By respecting best practices for performance optimization, SEO and accessibility of delivered sites.
- Provide technical support and resolve functional problems on websites.
- Participate in the integration of customized solutions (custom code, GSAP, API, etc.).
- Work closely with design, marketing and technical teams to best meet customer needs.
- Keep abreast of Webflow news and best practices in front-end development;
- Participate in project planning, assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

- Excellent command of Webflow:
Ability to structure large-scale projects with clean development, well-thought-out CMS, reusable components, fluid responsive. - Good knowledge of web development:
Solid grounding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Thoroughness and attention to detail:
Ability to optimize development, attention to detail and doing things right. - Autonomy:
Ability to take charge of a project, structure it efficiently and manage priorities. - Problem-solving:
Ability to understand “why it doesn't work” and find clean, sustainable solutions. - Good communication and teamwork:
Ability to share ideas, ask the right questions and collaborate effectively.

- Fluent written and spoken English.

Compensation and benefits
- Hybrid remuneration combining fixed salary, target-based variable and group performance bonuses.
- Fixed salary: between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
