Beedeez is a French scale-up (70+ employees, €8M raised) offering a Learning Management System (LMS) designed for field teams (retail, construction, industry, etc.).

Initially B2C before pivoting to B2B, the company is experiencing strong growth. But when international expansion became a priority, their historical CMS started showing its limits. One key question emerged:

How can we migrate from HubSpot CMS to a more scalable and performant solution—without losing HubSpot’s marketing strengths or damaging SEO?

1. HubSpot was convenient. But how do you move forward without losing everything?

Beedeez’ website, originally built on HubSpot CMS, no longer reflected the brand. While HubSpot’s all-in-one approach offers some advantages, it quickly becomes a limitation when your site needs to evolve—whether in design, scalability, or performance.

2. The project challenges

  • How do we visually express Beedeez’s unique positioning in the LMS space?
  • How do we give more autonomy to the marketing team without compromising performance?
  • What technical stack should we adopt to improve performance and scalability—without losing data tracking via HubSpot?
  • How do we migrate over 500 pieces of content without SEO loss?
  • How do we turn the site into a lever for international growth, without sacrificing local experience?

3. From strategy to execution: a full-scope partnership

From initial strategy to go-live, the redesign project was carried out over 6 months as part of a tripartite partnership between Beedeez, Yuri & Neil (SEO), and Digidop.

The project was structured around 5 major phases to deliver a Web solution aligned with Beedeez’s growth ambitions.

3.1 Key project milestones

  1. Strategic discovery: branding, UX, SEO and marketing workshops (product, content, positioning)
  2. Technical stack definition: Web tools, tracking, and integrations
  3. UX structure & storytelling: a website reimagined around the “field-first” promise
  4. Custom design: refreshed identity, adaptive components and templates
  5. Webflow development: scalable CMS, full migration, HubSpot integration, optimized performance, FR/EN localization

A personalized content hub was also set up to support the teams in managing and evolving the website independently. It includes reusable templates, step-by-step documentation, and on-demand video tutorials.

Beedeez now has a robust digital platform, equipped with native localization (Webflow Localize), ready to support their international growth. But our collaboration doesn’t stop at launch. We’re proud to continue supporting the Beedeez team with long-term site management, with key objectives including:

→ Developing new V2 pages

→ Analyzing performance

→ Optimizing conversion rates (A/B testing)

→ Boosting SEO and geo-targeted visibility

→ Integrating AI-powered features
