Chargemap - The European Leader Simplifying Electric Vehicle Charging
With over 800,000 charging points referenced across Europe, Chargemap has established itself as the undisputed leader in electric vehicle charging solutions. Its digital ecosystem revolves around three complementary platforms:
- Chargemap: the reference application for drivers, with over 2.8 million users
- Chargemap Business: the all-in-one solution for managing company fleet charging on the road, at the office, and at home
- Chargemap Partners: the platform dedicated to charging station operators to boost their profitability
Facing rapid growth and constant changes in the electric mobility market, the Chargemap team needed a solution that would allow its different departments (marketing, design, technical) to gain autonomy and reactivity.
Project 1: Chargemap Business
The Need: More Agility for Chargemap Teams
Chargemap has particularly competent marketing, design, and technical teams. But their old WordPress site was hindering their agility. The redesign of Chargemap Business was motivated by several concrete objectives:
- Give marketing teams the ability to quickly test new market approaches
- Allow designers to directly intervene on the interface without systematically depending on developers
- Ensure migration without loss of SEO ranking, or even with SEO improvements
- Improve user experience with a more performant site
A project of this magnitude presented several technical challenges:
- Migration from WordPress to Webflow for a trilingual site with about 40 static pages and 3 dynamic pages
- Nearly 100 CMS items per language to transfer without data loss
- Integration of third-party tools (Pipedrive, Plezi) for forms
- Advanced animations to enhance user experience
- Coordination with 5 key stakeholders on the Chargemap side
Webflow: The Perfect Solution for Multidisciplinary Teams
Our experience as a Webflow partner confirmed that this platform was ideal for meeting Chargemap's needs. Webflow offers a perfect balance between:
- Editorial flexibility for marketing teams
- Creative control for designers
- Robust structure for developers
- Optimal performance for user experience
Our approach was pragmatic and collaborative, with constant exchanges between our teams and the different departments at Chargemap. After an in-depth analysis of the existing site, we designed a Webflow architecture conceived for trilingual management and future scalability.
Results That Speak to Marketing and Technical Teams
The migration to Webflow allowed Chargemap Business to achieve its autonomy and performance objectives:
- Increased marketing autonomy: teams can now create new pages, modify content, and launch tests without depending on developers
- Creative flexibility: designers can directly adjust visual elements and test new approaches
- Perfect SEO continuity: 100% of strategic URLs were preserved, with improved technical performance beneficial to SEO
- Assured scalability: the modular structure makes it easy to add new functionalities
These results prove that Webflow is perfectly suited for ambitious enterprise projects requiring flexibility, performance, and scalability.
Technical Solutions That Unleash Team Potential
A Multilingual Structure Designed for Autonomy
Our trilingual implementation with Webflow Localize created an architecture where each local team can manage its content independently. The 40 static pages, 3 dynamic pages, and nearly 100 CMS items per language are now easily administrable by non-technical staff.
Components That Accelerate Marketing Iteration
We developed more than 30 modular components with properties, creating a true library of elements that marketing teams can assemble to quickly create new pages. This "building blocks" approach allows testing new marketing approaches in record time.
Integrations That Optimize Conversion
The seamless integration with Pipedrive and Plezi optimized the lead generation journey, a crucial element for a B2B offering like Chargemap Business. Marketing teams can now track and optimize each step of the conversion funnel.
A User Experience That Reflects the Brand's Innovation
GSAP animations bring the interface to life, perfectly reflecting Chargemap's innovative character in the electric mobility sector. These subtle yet impactful interactions reinforce the brand's premium positioning.

Concrete Impact on Business Performance
Beyond the technical aspects, this migration had direct effects on Chargemap's business performance:
- Accelerated time-to-market for new offerings and features
- Strengthened coherence between different language versions
- Reduced maintenance costs thanks to team autonomy
- Improved conversions thanks to an optimized user experience
- Solid foundations for the evolution of the entire digital ecosystem
The success of this project demonstrates that Webflow is not simply a website creation tool, but a true enterprise platform capable of meeting the needs of the most demanding organizations.

Project 2: Chargemap
Following the success of Chargemap Business, Digidop is now supporting the Group in redesigning its two other platforms: Chargemap Drivers and Chargemap Partners. These ongoing projects rely on the same Webflow expertise while addressing the specific needs of these platforms with distinct audiences.
Project 3: Chargemap Partners
