The team is skilled and easy to collaborate with, and communication stayed smooth and straightforward the whole way through. They're highly responsive and move quickly, which made a real difference whenever we needed fast turnarounds or last-minute adjustments. I really liked the fact that they don't just execute what's asked, they challenge you on the right points and bring their own perspective, which improved the outcome of the project. On top of that, everything was delivered right on time. The team is also just really friendly and pleasant to deal with day to day. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable agency to work with, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Executive Summary

In 2026, CoverManager entrusted Digidop with the complete redesign of its web ecosystem, with one clear objective: consolidate eight WordPress websites (one per country) into a single Webflow Enterprise platform capable of supporting the group’s continued growth.

Historically heavily reliant on paid acquisition, the Growth teams wanted to accelerate their inbound strategy.

This partnership modernized CoverManager’s digital brand while providing the teams with a high-performance platform, easy to evolve and built for conversion.

Context

Following the merger between CoverManager and Zenchef, Eve-Anne, Head of Growth at Zenchef, was looking for both a technology and a partner capable of unifying CoverManager’s digital ecosystem.

Together with Webflow Enterprise, we answered these challenges by leading a transformation project bringing together multiple teams around a shared roadmap.

→ Build a web platform capable of supporting CoverManager’s acceleration across its key European and Latin American markets, while harmonizing website management for Zenchef’s teams.

Project team

  • CoverManager & Zenchef: Product vision and content.
  • Digidop: Creative direction, UX/UI, Webflow Enterprise architecture and development.
  • Vydera: Content migration and SEO/AEO optimization.
  • Webflow Enterprise: Platform and governance.
  • Tracking Agency (External): Google Tag Manager implementation and tracking configuration.
  • SEO Consultant (External): Search strategy and SEO consulting.

Project goals

“With CoverManager, the goal wasn’t simply to migrate eight WordPress websites. It was to build a platform capable of supporting the group’s long-term ambitions. This is exactly the kind of project where the partnership between Webflow Enterprise and Digidop truly comes to life.”

A dedicated Slack channel and weekly project calls kept every team aligned, from technical architecture through to launch.

Step 4

Webflow Development & CMS Migration

Reusable Webflow Enterprise components built to accelerate page production across the CoverManager website.

Step 5

QA, SEO (301 redirects, metadata, etc.) & Technical Integrations (Google Tag Manager, Cookies, Google APIs) with Vydera

Step 6

A custom hosting architecture was implemented to allow Webflow to coexist with CoverManager’s SaaS platform under a single domain, while ensuring high performance, efficient cache management, and SEO integrity. AWS CloudFront acts as a reverse proxy, serving the marketing pages hosted on Webflow (wf.covermanager.com) directly under www.covermanager.com, with custom routing and URL rewrite rules ensuring all traffic remains on the public domain.

Webflow Enterprise custom domain configuration showing wf.covermanager.com set as the default domain with an active SSL certificate, used as the origin for a custom AWS CloudFront hosting architecture.

Step 7

Launch & Go-to-Market

And… What’s next?

Building the platform was only the first step.

The next phase is about unlocking its full potential through Webflow’s Enterprise native AI-powered capabilities, enabling us to monitor, grow and continuously optimize CoverManager’s organic visibility and website performance.
