GROWL, formerly known as BoxCo, is a French-American startup with an ambitious mission: to make boxing accessible to everyone, right at home. Their product combines boxing coaching and personalized fitness into an immersive, gamified experience.

After months of development, GROWL was ready to unveil this new product.

To support this strategic launch, a 360° marketing campaign was planned: online advertising, media coverage, collaborations with influencers such as Ciryl Gane, and a strong push on social media.

Project Challenges

At the heart of this launch strategy, an immersive, product-focused website needed to play a key role in strengthening perceived value and generating the first customers.

The challenge: delivering fast while coordinating multiple teams across two continents (France and the US).

Project Objectives

Marketing & Communication

  • Position the website as the centerpiece of the product launch.
  • Deliver a visual and interactive experience that matches the marketing promise.
  • Synchronize the go-live with all international communication actions.

Technical

  • Develop a high-performance, scalable Webflow site editable in-house.
  • Integrate third-party tools (Cloudflare, Klaviyo, Google Analytics) seamlessly.
  • Ensure technical compatibility and optimized video performance.

Digidop’s Approach & Solution

When GROWL reached out to us, their team had already finalized the designs in Figma. The challenge was clear: integrate the entire site into Webflow in just over one week.

To meet this tight timeline, we implemented a clear, collaborative action plan with the IT and product team based in the US, and the marketing teams in both France and the US.

1. Accelerated development process

From the kick-off, we immersed ourselves in the marketing goals, product roadmap, and technical specifications to fully understand the website’s role in the launch.

2. Adapting to technical requirements

The site was deployed directly into GROWL’s Webflow workspace, giving their team full control. We also handled the technical integration of Cloudflare, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.

3. Coordinating with teams

Through agile collaboration and constant communication on Slack, we integrated real-time feedback from the marketing teams in France and the US, ensuring the site was delivered on time and perfectly aligned with the global communication plan.

Results of our collaboration

  • On-time launch: site integrated and live in just 1 week, with pixel-perfect rendering matching the original designs.
  • Funding secured: €4.5M raised to finance the launch of GROWL’s connected punching bag.
  • Community success: Kickstarter campaign closed with $557K raised and over 234 backers.
  • Intercontinental coordination: FR/US teams synchronized in real time
