Hosho is a new generation of youth hostels designed for modern travelers: young professionals, tourists, families, and school groups. When Ciryl reached out to us, Hosho was just getting started.

Project Challenge

Create a full digital identity that resonates with a very specific target audience: young, budget-conscious travelers visiting Paris.

Project Goals

Marketing & Communication

  • Build a clear, friendly, and youthful brand identity
  • Create a web experience that attracts and converts
  • Address multiple customer segments: solo travelers, families, groups

Technical

  • Build a Webflow website that’s easy to update
  • Ensure speed, responsiveness, and SEO performance
  • Create a multilingual website—essential for an international audience

Creative Process: From Vision to Launch

Step 1: Art Direction

To appeal to young professionals, tourists, families, and school groups, we crafted a youthful, energetic visual identity through:

  • Clean white background for clarity
  • Rounded corners for a friendly look
  • Subtle shadows and dynamic shapes

Step 2: UX Wireframes

We structured the site architecture to ensure intuitive navigation. Key pages include:

  • An innovative navigation bar for seamless exploration
  • A homepage introducing Hosho’s overall concept
  • A Hotel page with all key information and strong CTAs
  • A Franchise page to attract new partners
  • A Careers page to recruit top talent
  • Additional pages: FAQ, Contact, Group bookings… and a creative 404 page

Step 3: UI Design

Based on the wireframes, we designed a unique digital experience for Hosho—a minimalist yet dynamic design. Navigation was built to offer fast, intuitive search on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

(All design mockups were created in Figma, allowing for smooth collaboration with their team.)

Step 4: Webflow Development

For development, we chose Webflow—a platform we specialize in at Digidop. Webflow enabled us to deliver:

👉 Fully optimized responsive design across all devices
👉 Fast load times and smooth animations
👉 Integration of SEO best practices
👉 A simplified CMS for quick, scalable content updates

A Site Designed to Engage and Convert

The new Hosho Paris website is more than a digital storefront—it’s a true acquisition tool, crafted to attract and engage travelers while reflecting a young, professional aesthetic. Since the launch several years ago, the hotel group remains satisfied with the original digital strategy.

They’ve entrusted us with the ongoing management of the site—from updates to strategic evolutions.

For instance, we supported by example them during the migration from Weglot to Webflow Localization, as soon as the feature became officially available.
