Monceau Langues is a professional language training organization. Following a merger & acquisition operation, the group redefined its positioning, offering, and visual identity — with the goal of aligning its digital presence with this new phase.
Project challenge
How to reposition Monceau Langues’ brand image, offerings, and web strategy after a merger, while ensuring SEO performance and autonomy through a migration from WordPress to Webflow?
Key objectives of the website redesign
Marketing & Positioning
- Deploy a web identity aligned with their new brand guidelines
- Clarify the new training offers (formats, immersion programs, centers)
- Strengthen credibility with both companies and learners
Technical & Autonomy
- Migrate from WordPress to Webflow to improve performance and security
- Preserve and enhance SEO performance
- Design the site to be scalable, allowing teams to easily deploy new offers, add centers, languages, etc.
- Ensure a smooth and fast mobile experience
Our support for Monceau Langues
From understanding the post-merger repositioning to analyzing the new offerings and launching the website, here’s the approach we followed throughout the collaboration:
1. Post-merger audit & planning
Co-creation workshops to define the post-merger strategy: business objectives, audiences, offer understanding, SEO priorities, multilingual requirements, and migration scope (blog & key pages).

2. Look & Feel and UX/UI Web Design
Application of the new brand identity into web mockups, architecture redesign, and Mobile First design: user journeys by needs, by centers/immersion programs, addition of social proof (reviews, certifications), etc.

3. Copywriting process
Client-provided content was integrated directly into mockups, following a structured workflow in parallel with the design phase.
4. Webflow Development
Integration of the design system and Figma mockups into Webflow, 100% responsive, using the Client-First methodology and following best web practices. Weglot was integrated for EN/FR translation.

5. WordPress to Webflow Migration
Migration process of all dynamic WordPress content to new Webflow collections, with technical SEO optimizations implemented.

6. Delivery & Team Training
Webflow onboarding for the marketing team, initially used to working with WordPress, to ensure long-term autonomy.
Partnership results
Since the website launch:
- A robust site with 50+ pages, fully aligned with the new identity and offerings
- A modernized stack (Webflow): improved security, performance, and autonomy
- A consolidated SEO base: first-page ranking on key queries
- A fluid mobile experience, designed for conversion
And a company that continues to expand internationally!

And a partnership that continues
After the initial migration from WordPress to Webflow, we continued supporting Monceau Langues through ongoing optimization missions.
One of the major evolutions focused on the site’s multilingual management system.
Historically, the website relied on a third-party translation workflow powered by Weglot. To improve performance, maintainability, and team autonomy, we migrated the entire project to Webflow Localization, Webflow’s native localization solution.
To accelerate the transition, we implemented an automated workflow using Claude to recover and restructure all previously created manual translations.

At the same time, we developed an additional application layer allowing teams to:
- manage localized content more easily,
- collaborate on translations,
- centralize data backups,
- and simplify the overall maintenance of the multilingual system.
