Step 1. Project architecture
Three workshops were held with Nicolas Chéron, project managers, designers, copywriters, and Digidop team to define the web strategy and site structure.

Step 2. New visual identity and web design
New brand guidelines, social media assets, and a full website design: we reimagined Nicolas’s entire visual identity. The focus was placed on readability, the credibility of his personal brand, and conversion through clear CTAs to subscribe to the newsletter.

Step 3. Development on Webflow
For the development phase, Nicolas Chéron trusted us with the choice of platform.* Development followed a “component-first” approach for fast and scalable evolution.

Step 4. SEO migration, automation, and go-live
To ensure a migration with no traffic loss, we handled all traffic redirections.

And to avoid any loss of leads, we automated the newsletter (behiiv) signup workflows.

Finally, we put everything live by configuring the new DNS.
Step 5. Creation of event landing pages
Following the success of the site, we supported Nicolas Chéron in designing a high-conversion landing page for his annual event: Le Sommet de l’Investisseur.
