Orpi is the leading real estate network in France, with over 1,350 agencies across the country.
Digidop supported the local Orpi Fondettes agency (Foucard & Ballereau) in creating an independent website, with a clear goal: strengthen its local visibility and generate qualified leads.
Context
Orpi is not a traditional franchise, but a cooperative. This means each agency is legally independent, while adhering to a shared model and contributing to the network’s strategic decisions.
At the national level, Orpi provides members with several tools—including a website—but it remains limited to predefined modules.

Objectives
- Gain autonomy through a website independent from the national group
- Develop a localized SEO strategy
- Create a responsive website aligned with Orpi’s brand identity, while emphasizing the agency’s rental management services
- Integrate performance and tracking tools (GSC, GA4…)
Design & Development Challenges
→ Design: Balancing Orpi’s brand guidelines with local identity
One of the project’s main challenges was to respect Orpi’s national visual universe while adding a local branding touch.
We chose a modern, clean, and scalable design, able to highlight key services—especially rental management—while staying consistent with Orpi’s brand guidelines.

→ Development: SEO, conversion, and autonomy
On the technical side, we focused on a SEO-first structure, with a dynamic page strategy by city to maximize the agency’s local visibility.
The site was built with Webflow CMS, giving the internal teams full autonomy to easily create new pages or edit content directly from the editor.
To go even further, we developed a custom interactive rent calculator in JavaScript to generate qualified leads in a non-intrusive way.
