Pickers is a digital acquisition agency. Since 2016, they’ve been helping ambitious brands grow their online business through consulting and support services in Ads, SEO, Creative, and Data.

Project Challenges

The previous Pickers website was built on WordPress—a solution that no longer met their needs in terms of security, flexibility, and performance.

The agency saw the platform change as an opportunity for a full website redesign, without compromising their existing SEO performance.

Key Goals for the Website Redesign

1. Technical

👉 Ensure a SEO-friendly migration from WordPress, with proper 301 redirects and URL restructuring
👉 Create dedicated landing pages for each service area, editable via the Webflow CMS

2. Marketing & Operations

👉 Strengthen Pickers’ digital acquisition strategy

👉 Train the internal team to use Webflow independently

How We Worked Together

Step 1 – Design with Figma

We redesigned the entire site in close collaboration with Pickers’ marketing and design teams.

Step 2 – Webflow Development

We built the full website using Webflow.

The platform enabled us to deliver a pixel-perfect result, and build a CMS-driven system of targeted landing pages for each area of expertise.

These strategic pages are more than just SEO pages—they’re actual conversion tools, with downloadable resources designed to engage visitors and feed the sales funnel through retargeting.

Step 3 – Optimization & Automation

We structured the CMS with nearly 15 collections, allowing scalable content management.

We also implemented automated workflows using Make, enabling seamless lead follow-up.

Step 4 – Team Training

Over 10 hours of training were delivered via Google Meet, Loom, and Slack to teach Pickers’ marketing team how to fully leverage Webflow and follow best practices in no-code/low-code site management.

Results of Our Partnership

Shortly after the migration and redesign from WordPress to Webflow, the first results started showing: Pickers gained qualified traffic on strategic commercial queries.
