Industry: Growth Marketing & E-commerce
Country: France
Year: 2024
Company size: 50+ employees
Experiencing strong growth and having recently acquired several agencies, Coudac evolved from a single agency into a full-fledged group. A strategic shift that was no longer reflected in their website. It needed a complete overhaul — to structure the group’s offers, embody its new brand identity, showcase the content being produced, and generate new leads through SEO.
Project Challenges
How do we reposition Coudac’s web presence, support its scale-up phase, and give internal teams more autonomy with a CMS-first Webflow site?
Project Goals
Marketing
- Reposition Coudac as a group — not just a single agency
- Create a content platform to boost CEO Théo Lion’s personal branding (videos, podcasts, press coverage, etc.)
- Clarify the group’s service offerings and give visibility to each entity
Technical
- Empower the marketing teams with more autonomy
- Set up a scalable CMS for streamlined content publishing
- Ensure high technical performance and optimized SEO
Our Approach
Our collaboration followed three main phases — from strategy to Webflow integration.
Phase 1: Brand Direction & Visual Exploration
After initial discovery workshops, we created visual projections to explore different creative directions and lay the foundations of the site’s future identity. Multiple creative concepts were explored.

Phase 2: Web Design & CMS Architecture
Once the direction was validated, we translated it into full Figma mockups.

Phase 3: Webflow Development
We then handled the full Webflow build, applying precise animations and connecting everything to a structured CMS.

Deliverables, Results & Handover
- A full brand book and UX/UI design aligned with the group’s new positioning
- A CMS-first Webflow site, built to scale with the internal team’s needs
- Full technical SEO optimization: semantic structure, performance, structured data

And already some concrete SEO results: #1 ranking on Google within 12 months for the strategic keyword “agence ads”

Today, Coudac manages its website independently or with the support of freelancers.
