Two months after our last event on the Île de Ré, the team from the Webflow agency Digidop came together for a seminar at my home in Biarritz—finally, a home for me! Indeed, the Digiteam is spread across France and works in 100% remote mode. The idea is to showcase our respective regions to other team members during our different seminars.
The first seminar of the year with a well-crafted program
We kicked off with a review of our ongoing and upcoming projects, where we shared our ideas and experiences.
We also had dedicated time for:
- pair brainstorming sessions between designers and developers focused on UX, to better understand our work processes and collaborate more effectively
- individual and group playtime centered around various themes
> Lost in the desert (reflecting on our methods and setting priorities)
> Cover story (presenting Digidop's company vision that allows us to be featured on the cover of a well-known magazine)
These activities were incredibly beneficial for reflecting on our working and collaboration styles, task prioritization, communication and listening, creativity, and collective vision in a project.
We also dedicated time to strategic reflection and the evolution of Digidop (inspirations, iterations),
punctuated with perfect breaks for sunshine and foosball games!
Digidop Discovers Basque Culture
The team had the chance to taste some local products and enjoy stunning views between Bidart and Biarritz,
but also to engage in basque pelota with Jon Tambourindeguy, world champion of the Cesta Punta discipline, who founded Ona Pelota to share his passion. He introduced us to several forms of Basque pelota (bare hand, pala, chistera) with various challenges in a friendly atmosphere!
The challenge was won by Florian!
Such activities are beneficial for teamwork as they allow everyone to showcase their skills in communication, focus, and precision.
To conclude the seminar, the team set the stage on fire with an impromptu karaoke session!

We stayed in a house chosen by Florian and Thomas, located in a peaceful spot, tastefully decorated and inspiring. 👌🏽
In short, a gem for gathering and working together!
