123 Investment Managers, or 123 IM (formerly 123Venture), is a management company founded in 2001, active in private equity and real estate.
The Digital Manager wanted to move on from a rigid, expensive WordPress setup to a more modern, high-performance, and above all, easier-to-manage solution.
Project challenges
For years, 123 IM relied on a licensed WordPress site with expensive maintenance fees (+€10,000/year), recurring bugs, and no real autonomy for the internal teams. We collaborated in a three-way setup with their Digital Manager and branding agency to integrate their new visual identity into a modern, scalable, SEO-friendly CMS.

We supported 123 IM’s team on the technical side, working closely with the branding agency from the early web design stages. Once the design was validated, we handled the pixel-perfect integration and added subtle, coherent animations to elevate the final look and feel.
We selected Webflow as the development platform for its high-quality CMS and robust security infrastructure.

The migration from WordPress was carefully managed to preserve SEO performance (301 redirects), while optimizing URL structure and semantic SEO foundations.
A tailored training session enabled fast adoption of the Webflow interface, and the marketing team is now fully autonomous — able to create new pages, publish updates, or edit fund sheets without relying on any external technical support.
