A highly technical offer that needs to be clarified to reach a broader audience, while maintaining a strong expert positioning. Strengthening international credibility and implementing new levers to generate and qualify leads across multiple regions.

Proposed Solutions
To address these challenges, we assembled a project team composed of a project manager, designer, developer, and automation/AI expert. From the initial scoping phase, we identified the key actions to take:
1. A premium, tech-oriented, and reassuring design
After several workshops and a sector benchmark, our designer defined a dark-themed art direction, inspired by both Web3 aesthetics and the fintech space. This new brand identity blends modernity and trust-building—key in an industry where security and compliance are critical.

2. An optimized and targeted conversion journey
Through UX and UI work on prototypes, we entirely reimagined the user journey, clarified the value proposition, and restructured the offer presentation.

The old merchant account form—once heavy and uninviting—was replaced with a dynamic, multi-step conditional version directly connected to eFlow’s CRM. This new workflow now allows better lead qualification and filtering.

3. An AI-powered automated lead magnet
To further boost lead generation and qualification, we designed a niche tool directly integrated into the site: the MCC Lookup. Powered by AI, it allows visitors to find their Merchant Category Code (MCC) or assess their risk level.
On one side, it is linked to dozens of MCC pages optimized for international SEO and GEO; on the other, it connects to an AI and automation system that feeds eFlow’s CRM with precise, actionable data.

4. A scalable, international-ready website on Webflow
To support eFlow’s growth across multiple markets, we built a fully scalable Webflow architecture, including a component library, custom CMS, and templated pages—translated into multiple languages using Webflow Localization.
