Executive Summary
Through years of external growth and acquisitions, Orisha built a digital ecosystem made up of more than 30 WordPress websites across five Business Units and over 70 SaaS products.
The objective of this collaboration was not only to migrate those websites without losing years of SEO investment, but also to build a web platform capable of integrating future acquisitions without recreating another fragmented ecosystem.
Delivered alongside the Orisha, Webflow Enterprise and Vydera teams, the project included the migration of more than 5,000 pages through an AI-powered migration workflow, a localized platform available in four languages, and the implementation of a scalable all-in-one platform designed for marketing teams.

The challenge
Orisha brings together five Business Units and more than 70 industry-specific SaaS products, historically managed across dozens of independent WordPress websites by multiple marketing teams operating in different countries. A rich digital ecosystem, but one that had become increasingly fragmented, difficult to scale and challenging to govern across the group.
Beyond the technical complexity of the migration itself, the second major challenge was preparing the platform for future acquisitions.
- How do you integrate new websites without rebuilding another fragmented ecosystem?
- How do you preserve years of SEO investment while unifying the brand, governance and operational processes?
- How do you make more than 70 SaaS products easily discoverable by both users and AI-powered search engines?
These challenges became the foundation of a platform designed together with the Orisha, Webflow Enterprise and Vydera teams—one capable of absorbing future acquisitions without recreating the complexity of the past.

Marketing and Technical Solutions

Solving the marketing challenges
One brand, five Business Units
A shared visual identity and design system allowing each Business Unit to maintain its product positioning while presenting a consistent brand experience under the Orisha identity.

A platform designed for both users… and AI
More than 70 SaaS products structured within a CMS architecture designed with a dual objective: delivering intuitive navigation for users while making the platform easier for Google and AI-powered answer engines to understand.

Precision targeting designed to convert
A two-level architecture (Group / Business Unit), combined with AI-powered on-site search, guides every visitor to the right product, the right Business Unit and the right contact. A navigation experience designed to transform a complex ecosystem into simple conversion journeys.

Autonomous teams, shared governance
A centralized library of components, templates and variables enables all five marketing teams to create, publish and manage content independently while maintaining a consistent experience across the entire platform.

Role-based permissions ensure governance tailored to every user profile.

Solving the technical challenges
30+ WordPress websites, one Webflow Enterprise platform
The end of technical silos: one centralized, governable environment where every Business Unit has its own workspace without starting from scratch.

5,000+ pages migrated while preserving SEO
To industrialize the migration process, we developed an AI-assisted workflow capable of automating legacy website scraping, WordPress code cleanup, content restructuring and mapping into Webflow.

A scalable international architecture
A platform localized across four languages to support the group’s international growth strategy.

A compliant, secure and connected foundation
All forms are connected to each Business Unit’s Salesforce CRM while meeting the group’s requirements for security, compliance (GDPR, cookie management, SOC 2) and data governance.

Hosted on the client’s infrastructure in Europe
The platform is not hosted on Webflow’s infrastructure. Instead, it is deployed on Orisha’s own AWS infrastructure in Europe (private S3, CloudFront CDN, SSL certificates, and dedicated staging/production pipelines).

This gives the group full control over its hosting environment and data, without relying on third-party infrastructure.
A 12-month roadmap delivered in two phases
The project followed a shared 12-month roadmap involving all stakeholders and structured into two delivery phases: the first now completed, with the second already planned. Weekly steering meetings guided the project from platform architecture through to production launch.

Supporting change with a dedicated communication plan
Unifying the web ecosystem of a group of this scale goes beyond technology. It also requires bringing teams along throughout the project and ensuring the launch receives the visibility it deserves.
To support this transformation, we designed a two-phase communication plan: internal first, then external.
Internal communication
- Dynamic prototypes and presentation materials shared throughout the project to keep both project teams and executive leadership aligned.
- Production of a teaser video presented during the Executive Committee’s annual seminar in front of more than 60 C-level executives.
- A launch newsletter introducing the project’s objectives and key updates to more than 2,300 employees across 30+ countries.
External communication
- Presentation of the project on stage during the 2036 CMO event by Yuri & Neil.
- Delivery of a dedicated visual asset pack for the client’s social media communications.
- Publication of this complete case study on the Digidop website.
