Context
The hospitality industry, like many others, is undergoing a major transformation:
new customer expectations, evolving search behaviors with AI, the need for marketing autonomy without technical dependency, and conversion +++ as acquisition becomes more complex and expensive.
When discussions with the Machefert group began, the challenge was clear:
How to align a premium brand image with measurable web performance, within a single platform.
And our conviction was that a hotel website should no longer be just a showcase, nor only a first immersion into the experience, but truly a growth lever.
Challenge
How to scale a portfolio of hotels quickly, while maintaining a premium and distinctive digital experience for each property?
Our approach
Development of a scalable and duplicable architecture, allowing the group to quickly launch a site for each new hotel, while maintaining a strong and distinctive identity, thanks to:
- A component-first and CMS-first technical foundation
- Reusable and adaptable modular sections
- A premium art direction, connected to a variable system, adaptable for each hotel
- Animations designed to reinforce the luxury perception
- A structure optimized for SEO, AEO/GEO, and new AI-related use cases
1. A new website, built to scale
A modern, immersive, conversion-focused website designed to strengthen the hotel’s online visibility while providing a scalable technical foundation to support its long-term growth.

2. A 100% API-driven booking journey
On the original site, the experience stopped at the "Book" button: visitors were handed off to a third-party engine with a different interface, a different identity, and no control over conversion or data.
We wanted the booking system inside the site itself, as a continuation of the experience rather than a break from it.
So we built a custom booking journey for Kube Saint-Tropez, integrated into the Webflow site and connected to the hotel's booking system via API:
- Room availability pulled in real time
- Dynamic rates based on hotel occupancy and selected dates
- A 4-step funnel: stay, rooms, extras, payment
- A multilingual, multi-currency experience powered directly by the API

The journey was prototyped and A/B tested with Claude AI, on both desktop and mobile, to settle usability decisions on genuinely playable versions before integration.

API connections were set up between Webflow and Mews to ensure flawless, real-time synchronization of availability and pricing.

3. An ongoing partnership
The work continues with:
- Improving visibility in LLMs (GEO/AEO) with Vydera
- Implementation of advanced tracking logic to manage conversion
- Continuous optimizations based on data
All built on a living foundation, designed to continuously improve, with full autonomy for marketing teams and Webflow’s native tools.
Key results
- Launch of a first operational version before the opening of the group’s new hotel
- Ability to quickly duplicate new hotels
- Successful alignment between luxury branding and digital performance
- Reduced technical dependency for marketing teams
- Strong foundation to scale visibility (SEO + AI)
Beyond the project
This project marks the beginning of a broader collaboration with the Machefert group, going far beyond a simple visibility strategy.
We are building a long-term partnership together, including by exemple the organization of one of our latest B2B events in one their establishments, as well as the continuous development of new projects in collaboration.
