The challenges
- Automate the daily publication of performance data on fund pages
- Ensure the long-term reliability of the data displayed
- Make all regulatory documents accessible and easily editable (KID, reporting, periodic information, annual report)
- Modernize the asset management company’s image without moving away from the codes of the industry
The project teams
Equigest: management, investment management, and compliance. Validation of regulatory content and published data.
Digidop: art direction, UX/UI, CMS architecture, Webflow development, data automation pipeline.
Our approach
A web approach tailored to the financial industry, designed to help finance teams move faster and perform better online.
A fund page template designed like a product page
Each fund page answers an allocator’s key questions: investment strategy, performance curve against the benchmark, annualized and calendar-year performance, performance scenarios, volatility and risk indicators, regulatory characteristics, documentation.

Track record as the first screen
On each fund page, a summary banner displays SRI, YTD performance, three-year annualized performance, volatility, assets under management, and recommended investment horizon.

A comparable range of funds
The 17 funds are brought together in a table that can be filtered by asset class (equities, fixed income, convertibles, diversified), displaying NAV and performance.

From NAV to indicators, updated daily and automatically
Every day, the NAV of each share class is retrieved via an API feed and injected into the website. Based on this historical data, all indicators displayed on the fund pages are automatically recalculated.

Two audiences, two regulatory frameworks, one website
Disclosure requirements differ depending on whether the website is addressing a non-professional investor or a professional client within the meaning of MiFID II. We integrated a disclaimer that qualifies users by profile type before they enter the website.

Regulatory documentation structured by fund
KID, full prospectus, monthly reporting, periodic information, and annual report are structured in the CMS with their document type, publication date, and current version. Equigest’s teams can publish a new monthly report without involving us.

The results
→ Complete team autonomy over publishing
→ 17 funds with data updated every day
→ 300+ performance data points automatically updated every day
